Best Louis Hamilton Hotel Haeundae

Staff was helpful and professional. Use of laundry was free. Room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

No breakfast included, room just was smaller than i have expected, window is so small and I thought I would be able to see Haeundae right away ?, but there is no anything close to the view to 해운대

Great location near to the beach, coastal walk & Dongbaek Park, modern hotel, well maintained, nice rooms. Haeundae beach is very relaxing & beautiful. Our room was cleaned every day. There was also AC in the room to stay comfortable in October. It just took us some time to figure out how to work the remote, as it's in Korean.

I would prefer a full breakfast buffet over the preset meal options to order, however the breakfast was good and came out quickly. I had bulgogi one day & American breakfast another day.

The room is comfortable for me. It has a desk and a chair for computer jobs. The room light is bright with kind.

Great location, 10 minutes to the beach. TV had streaming services, so we could set them up with our own accounts.

The hotel is in the great need of renovation: it has carpets everywhere and I saw stains on them in the room. Also the A/C is ancient: it’s very loud and blow like crazy even on the lowest setting. Also for a hotel near the beach, the room had nothing to hang your beach clothes. The breakfast is cheap but it’s mediocre, so we used it once.

It a nice hotel located in a walking distance to the beach and to many shops and restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are not too big but OK for the priceThe beds are comfortable. For the breakfast - it's not a buffet and there are four of five fixed options available, have a look at them before ordering, for me there was no good breakfast food (due to my breakfast habits) so I wish I hadn't pay for that in advance. But the breakfast is served until 13.00 so actually I used it for an early lunch option and then it was just perfect.

My room was on the corner of the building and had windows on the street that was loud at night with plenty of motorcycles. Also the curtains in the rooms are not proper blackout and in the morning sun shine can be disturbing - this is not a big deal but can be annoying for light sleepers like myself

Quick and friendly check-in, room was clean and comfortable. If water pressure is important to you it was great in my room. Overall, considering the price the hotel was excellent. Great place for a short break.

The room was clean, the staff is friendly, the location is perfect. It was our first visit to Busan and we were able to reach a lot of attractions.

Close to the beach, we had sea view from our window, big rooms.

The street itself is not so nice, but you are around the corner of the beach and the nice street. We booked 2 rooms, one was super nice, but the other was a disabled room, of bathroom was not great, no shower wall so everything became wet, the mirror was way too low and just not a logical layout if you are not disabled or in a wheelchair. I will base this review on the other room, which was great.

Very friendly hotel staff always willing to help. The hotel is small and cozy. We had a view from the window to the sea, which is very nice. But something big is planned to be built in front of the hotel, so it may lose this view in the future. There is a beach, walking areas, cafes and stores within walking distance.

A very strange feature of bathrooms in Korea is transparent walls and doors. You can see everything that happens in the toilet and shower stall from the room. And you can hear everything too, there is no privacy. This is inconvenient when a family lives in the room.

Ideally, this is very close to the beach area right next to the 7/11, and there are a lot of eateries around. Great weekend getaway. Everything is clean and nice, the staff are very friendly, and their response through this booking customer contact was very prompt compared to other hotels that we booked.

well you need to know that the reasonable price reflected to the age of the hotel but everything else is great.

Love everything about the property. The size of room to $ value was really good. Everything felt clean and staff always welcomed me when entering back into the hotel. It’s about an 8min walk to the end of Haeundae Beach where the Westin Josun is at. Small 7-11 is just across the street from the hotel. Traditional Haeundae Night Market is about a 15min walk away. Haeundae Station is about a 15min walk as well. My only issue was that the hair shampoo was the same as body wash, which seems like low quality shampoo to me and it indeed felt like it super dried out my hair. Otherwise, everything was good and I have recommended this hotel to others already.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean. The location was very close to the beach. Busan is so big so for example if you want to go to the train station you need 40-45 min by taxi.So the location depends of your interests.There was breakfast till 13:00 and you have the chance to have room service till 22:00.

Nice looking room and nice and close to Haeundae Beach. However, all of our power sockets were falling out of the wall and the room definitely needed a clean. The soundproofing on the windows is non-existent so we could hear men on the street all night :(

Good location close to the beach and bus station/ subway station. Clean and big room with all needed facilities. Breakfast is good even if there are not many options. We will return if opportunity is there.

When i made reservation, price was 149,000won. On that day when i arrived this hotel, price was 97,700won. One third of the price was cheaper than i made. Hey, bookingcom, never play dirty like that.
